Large service requiring cross coverage of all offices, arranging coverage for vacations, absences; Answered and directed phone calls to the proper department or doctor; Heavy transcription of all patient visits and all patient related clinical notes; Scheduled clinical and departmental calendar; Enter patient information into database; Create spreadsheets to document visits, procedures, etc.; Maintained patient files; Trained new medical secretaries; Worked with Fellowship Program; ensure proper documentation for non-US doctors, eg, work visas, passports, etc.; Sent out and processed applications; Set up interviews for candidates.
