Prepared correspondence, letters of engagement, memos, and legal documents such as motions and exhibits; Entered attorney’s time in database; Outlook calendar maintenance; Citation searches on Lexis/Nexis; Received, directed and followed up on incoming phone calls; Established and maintained case files; Entered and edited attorney’s time into database; Prepared pleadings binders; Transcribed from tapes or digital recorders as required; Coordinated conference calls and meetings; Sorted and distributed mail and faxes; Monthly reconciliation of corporate charge account; Internet research; Document production; Prepared check requests and expense reports for management approval.
