Daily Duties at Affinion Group:

• Managed the client relationship between Affinion and the three credit bureaus for credit alert monitoring. • Successfully designed tracking and trending reports to illustrate the business flow between the company and external clients. • Utilizing SQL and Cognos; successfully researched and resolved internal and external client inquiries. • Managed a project that increased company revenue, by successfully inputting members into the company’s system in a timely manner. • Created instruction manuals for system use and business flow reconciliations. • Analyzed daily operational flow, in order to find ways to increase the efficiency of day-to-day business. • Successfully completed a Six Sigma white belt training class.
