Daily Duties at Affinion Group:

• Utilized SQL to create a tracking ticket to monitor the billing files going out to clients; and their respective reply files coming back into the company. • Created a database reporting tool to report on the total dollar amount the company is holding from going out the door; due to processing issues. • Re-designed financial Brio reports in order to increase the efficiency of financial reconciliations. • Researched and resolved financial discrepancies utilizing SQL and Excel to increase the efficiency of financial business flow. • Successfully designed a weekly financial reconciliation spreadsheet showing expected cash versus the actual cash for different clients. • Created instruction manuals for financial reconciliation reports. • Completed TOAD training class. • Analyzed daily financial processing, in order to avoid future financial discrepancies.
