Daily Duties at Intrepid Software:

Responsible for the design, programming, documentation, technical support, upgrade and release of Intrepid ERP Software. Managed group of 30 software developers including QA, Documentation and Technical Support. Designed, programmed, tested and released many new modules (DRP, MPS, Shop Scheduling, Quotations, Estimating, Job Order Tracking, etc) as part of the Intrepid ERP Suite of products. Reviewed 3rd party products including System Builder and PRC for inclusion and integration to Intrepid ERP Application. Trained all new programmers and technical staff in software development tools Presented all new products and releases to Sales Group for product rollout Designed and programmed Customer Support Help Desk System for Call Tracking. Designed and programmed Software Defect “Bug” Tracking System and integrated into Call Tracking System for determining proactive bug fix delivery to customer base Hired and trained all technical staff
