Daily Duties at Amkor Technology:
Maintained and updated Customer Focus information for projects. Developed a variety of report for project analysis, Oversaw database managing internal invoice issues, compiled reports detailing database activity and trends analyanalysis team by accurately converting Helpdesk incidents into Test Track system; prioritized issues and assigned to appropriate resources. Liaised with programmers to facilitate problem resolution related to data issues and manage project resources. Collaborated with IT Technical Operations team to communicate system information to end-users
