• Negotiated license agreements: a major bank for national customer promotion; a major toy manufacturer to distribute customized music product with toy license, a major perfume retailer for distribution of customized music product in connection with superstar artist’s perfume launch • Negotiated and drafted contracts with SMG clients, including manufacturing agreements for premiums, incentive/certificate programs, private label releases mail-order packages, reissues, DVD compilations, and lease-out contracts with off-labels and other third parties • Responsible for saving companies over $1M on various contracts due to attention to detail and aggressive negotiation • Handle all the contracts and legal affairs for launch programs for new products, new companies and services
