Daily Duties at Lexmark International:

Developed and directed strategic planning and business growth for the company’s entire systems engineering division. Directly oversaw up to 7 managers and indirectly supervised 54 employees, located nationwide, to exceed objectives for utilization and customer satisfaction. Collaborated with management teams to develop training and support program for US military bases in several European countries. Forged close working relationships with sales, technical, and engineering staffs to maintain open lines of communication. Established compensation and performance plans, developed measurement metrics for the organization, evaluated employee performance, and managed budgets.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
