Daily Duties at Sony Pictures Entertainment:
Operations and monitoring of all PC’s , LAN Servers, IBM 3090 Mainframe & OS390 (including TSO,CICS,MVS,JES,JES2), AS400, HP9000’s & 3000’s, Alphaservers, UNIX, HP-UX, Sun/Unix, Solaris, DEC/VAX, and running and distributing the nightly production, payroll and accounts payable cycles including all batch reports. Updated ops procedures, manuals and documentation as necessary. Distribution of scheduled production reports. Monitored network servers using Insight Manager, Global Insight Manager, Netview, HP Openview and Tivoli products. Performed backups on all systems through Common Desktop Environments or Omniback GUI or Arcserve6 . Processes on several in-house LAN based systems. Minimal Help Desk duties.
