Daily Duties at The Millennium Group :

Convenience Fleet (Xerox and Ricoh equipment) The Fleet includes 350 units located nationally. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment service history, history reports, equipment volume, monthly equipment meter reads equipment right size, equipment downgrades/upgrades, equipment segments, and equipment specifications/electrical, network installs such as copy, print, and scanning functionalities, equipment relocations, meter read collections, maintenance of equipment, maintain equipment contracts, base rates, and minimum commitments. Reproduction Operate copy machines and photocopiers. (Canon, Ricoh, Docu Color, Xerox, and Danka) Responsibilities include duplication, litigation, and document binding (spiral, wire, velo, saddle stitch, lamination, perfect bind). Maintain client deadlines, effective work flow, renegotiations, quality assurance, production pick-up and deliveries. Mail Room (Federal Express Power Ship/Ship Manager, Pitney Bowes Arrival System and Pitney Bowes Postage machine). Monitored messenger services (in house and out house), mail distributions (interoffice, domestic and international mailing) Federal Express, Certified Mail, Return Receipt, Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS, and Airborne/DHL, Fax Operations (Canon Laser Class 730I and 3175) Fax Right System. Responsibilities include incoming and outgoing faxes, International faxes, and e-mail confirmations. Prompt delivery and pick-up of time sensitive fax documentation. Insure client confidentiality. Hospitality Responsibilities include conference room set-ups and brake downs (1 – 80 Guest total of 20 Conference Rooms). Opening and closing of partitions. Insure food orders, food deliver and set up. Provide supplies for meetings such as pens, pencils, note pads etc.
