Daily Duties at Williams Lea Corporate Information Solutions :
Supervise 45 employees over three shifts with a 24hr operation for both a Copy center and Convenience fleet. Responsibilities include customer service, high levels of client communication, weekly client meetings, high e-mail volumes, new hire interviews, quarterly reviews, annual performance appraisals, employee right ups, warnings, employee incident reports, time cards, attendants, heavy data entry, data collections, monthly invoices, billing, billing approvals, managing SLA, forecasting PNL, distribution/maintenance of supplies and monitored overtime. Create database, presentations, and programs to support group meetings and client discussions as well as providing client analysis for follow-up and review.
