Daily Duties at Excite@Home:

• Entered customer purchase orders (PO) into MS Word while providing customer service to accounts ensuring that the customer receives their exact customer orders when and where requested using Essbase and Excel. • Conducted retail sales analysis assessing impact of sales promotions, events, staffing, while maintaining reports and logs. • Managed retail accounting process including submitting POs, issued check requests, fulfilled invoices, and managed the monthly retail expense budget. • Managed inventory tracking and distribution process through an external vendor using MS Excel. • Created and distributed accurate tracking reports including sell-through and sell-in reports using Excel and Essbase.
