• Assisted Sales and delivery staff with complex service contract bookings, activations and systems preparation on a timely basis from activation to booking using Oracle 11i, Account4, and Status Tool. • Communicated with Customer Service to create sales orders against Customer PO’s or a Customer Service Escalation Manager to help resolve booking issues for Service Agreements. • Worked closely with Finance on projects as a standard process to ensure all bookings are completed. • Kept SAM’s and Project Managers up to date on a daily basis on the status of orders. • Updated quarterly presentations using Crystal Xcelcius for Legal Managers. • Renewed or voided contracts into the system for Contract Negotiators. • Created and analyzed accuracy and cycle time reports for Legal Managers. • Analyzed, reported and reviewed milestones for possible process improvements or escalations.
