• Supported Marketing Department by creating actual WW cost tracking database by location using Excel and creating process improvements for the launching of retail Apple shop in shop locations. • Updated forecast and analyzed actual vs. forecast, and actual vs. proposed costs. • Updated Status and Pipeline Rollout reports and distributed to upper management and cross functional departments on a weekly basis. • Developed other ad-hoc reports, such as percentage of open locations by GEO, Coverage Reports and WW Funding Approvals Tracker and reported them on a timely basis.
