Office Manager and Liaison between Corporate Office in Austin, TX and the NE Regional Office here in Maryland Typed and submitted government subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and any other accompanying paperwork for J&J task order work for our NE Region; typed and submitted proposals from subcontractors to corporate office for demand maintenance work Responsible for submittal of NE Region's weekly and biweekly timesheets and monthly safety reports Ordered and directed supplied for all personnel in NE Region Helped solicit bids from subcontractors for government projects
