As a Secretary cum PA: • Perform full range of Secretarial duties like administrative, clerical, document controlling, etc. and assist the CEO in his works. • Take dictation and draft letters and other documents. • Report to the Managing Director / CEO. • Arrange seminars and conferences in-house and otherwise. • Order stationery and other office supplies. • Attend and make calls, send and receive faxes and e-mails. • Arrange travel and book flight tickets, …. etc.
