• Contributed to the development of market segments, product strategies, on going product competitiveness, industry trends and analysis. • Communicate and reported CDI to account managers, insuring follow-through of correct pricing based on Monomer plus contracts. • Managing and coordinating customer forecasts and product inventory. • Studied, documented and communicated market trends • Design and implementation of Contract Management system • Quality Notification Management / Customer Feedback Closure in SAP • Pricing Administration / SAP • Developed outside relationships to qualify potential customers and increase awareness of products advantages. • Developed, maintained and communicated market sector analysis including industry & market trends, white space opportunities, forecasted market size and segments, value chain, customers, suppliers, competitors, business models and pricing strategies • Managed multiple contract negotiations, securing agreements of long term business. • Managed our presence at regional tradeshows; to include input to our global marcomm strategy and budget for segments under my responsibility. • Developed account plans focusing our expertise in performance polymers to address specific needs of targeted customer base. • Independently maintained and managed a constant pipeline of prospective accounts through sales process • Developed presentations outlining product advantages, cost reduction and stressed over all value of our organization. • Development team for “Best Practice”, working with a team of engineers, R&D and Manufacturing we analyzed and documented sales trends, raw material cost, machine schedules and material performance by product name, than communicated this information to sales teams insuring the material code sold benefited both the needs of our customers and our profit goals in terms of value analysis.
