VPN/Service Request Administrator - Cap Gemini, Secaucus, NJ •Administration of VPN accounts •Create and maintain Mainframe and Cerner accounts •Manage Service Requests •Work with Mainframe, OS390, TSO, Control D, Medical Records, Novell, Netware Administrator, Groupwise, ERP, Windows NT and 2000 Help Desk Analyst - Cap Gemini, Secaucus, NJ •Provide first level support for a high volume 24 hr/7 day call center •Support multiple hospital locations with agreed upon Service Level Agreements •Create service requests using Remedy software, assign to the appropriate support group and handle escalation process as needed
