Daily Duties at Connextions:
I worked as a customer care center for Sprint. My responsibilities were taking care of all Sprint problems via chat. I handled two chats at one time. My position was to handle web chats with customers to activate phones, checking bills, offer alternative family and individual plans, correcting errors on bills and any other concerns they might have with their plan, their device or any other concern.
