▪ Developed unemployment spreadsheet to show loss of overpayments and implemented key disciplinary actions for those collecting benefits while working. ▪ Implemented seasonal hiring and layoff system to create positive flow of applicant and termination processes. ▪ Re-designed personnel files to be in compliance with federal and state employment laws. ▪ Team member in new hire orientation program. ▪ Plan Administrator of group health, life, vision, dental and 401(k) plans. ▪ Worker’s compensation specialist. Conducted interviews with injured, coordinated care of injured with W/C carrier and investigated fraudulent claims. Safety advisor to managers and supervisors. ▪ Team leader in key mandatory training programs concerning MIOSHA, EEOC, ADA and employment law.
