• Directed a staff of 5: HR Generalist, HR Assistant, Recruiter, 2 Receptionists • Ensured HR regulation compliance: FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, OSHA, ERISA • Conducted FLSA exemption audit for entire organization • Implemented strategic retention plan: behavioral interviewing process, management leadership training; employee career ladders; employee attitude surveys • Conducted data analysis to trend turnover • Supplied HR metrics and reporting to the President of the company on a weekly basis • Revised new hire training program • Supervised recruitment program and supplied metrics to senior leadership
