Daily Duties at Maden Technologies:
• Directs a staff of 5: HR Generalist, HR Assistant, Recruiter, Office Manager, Receptionist • Develops HR strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives and goals • Developed internal pay structure with labor categories for contract pricing purposes • Maps labor categories against GSA schedules for competitive pricing • Partners with leadership on proposal efforts and provides HR data • Develops HR budget • Submits annual EEO-1 and VETS-100 • Works closely with senior leadership on proposal efforts and provides HR data • Supervises recruitment program and recruits for Executive level staff • Negotiates salaries and Executive packages • Revised recruitment and selection process • Conducts benefit satisfaction/effectiveness audits • Partners with brokers to negotiate competitive benefits package during open enrollment • Ensures compliance with all government regulations; works closely with legal • Supplies HR metrics to senior leadership • Evaluates and updates affirmative action program • Administers management and employee training
