Daily Duties at Ibm:
SUMMERY OF DUTIES: • Served as a hardware/software technician on the Micro-channel, Netvista and Commercial/Consumer lines of IBM units. Gained knowledge of the workings, troubleshooting and repair of these units and their Operating Systems, this included selected IBM and Microsoft Operating Systems from MS 95 to XP and a array of options and features offered with each line of the units lines of systems. • Carried out and maintained improvement of customer satisfaction via QAS (Quality Analysis Statistics as well as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Analysis Tool) and general case analysis. • Functioned as a contact for escalation of customer issues to level 2 with use of CMVC (Customer Management) escalation tools. Analyzed, Identified and generated solutions to deficiencies, which affected the CSR’s ability to delight customers. • Maintained closed looped relationships with all organizations having a direct or indirect impact on the mission of the PC Help center. • Served as a direct contact for escalations for various groups within the organization. Researched, revised, and delegated solutions to help resolve issues associated to the CSIS (CMT-Customer Management tool.). Compiled and updated escalation spreadsheets, updating and submitting escalation activity reports to the Netvisa brand/CDT (Commercial Desktops)/PWS (Power Workstations) management on a weekly basis.
