Daily Duties at Lenovo:

SUMMERY OF DUTIES: • The purpose of this position was to resolve complaints and critical situations within the Top Enterprise Accounts (highest priority customers) CRM Premium cases (corporations with a higher level of support agreement) cases. Situations which stem from complaints or critical situations where large revenues of income were at risk of being lost to a competitor are prime targets for the Project Office. The duties of the RTL (Resolution Team Lead) were to manage each situation as a separate project, obtain all details from others. • RTL was required to pull a team of the proper people together and get the issue under control and resolved in as quickly a manner as possible while restoring customer satisfaction and integrity in IBM and Lenovo's products and services. Repair actions may involve hardware, software and/or process issues. Coordinated and conducted internal and external conference calls, oversaw contact with all team members via Same-time, Lotus Notes and/or phone correspondence. • The team coordinated with the client to discuss what action items were being requested, what planning was needed and what dates the work would be agreeable on. Established contact with each person on the team to ensure that action items for each member was completed in the SLA (Service Level Agreement). Each situation required extensive knowledge of customer wants and needs as well as how to achieve ensuring the agreed upon solution is fare to both the customer as well as the IBM/Lenovo corporations alike was required. • Maintained strong interpersonal skills, leadership and Project Management skills, working with diversified teams in both face-to-face and virtual situations, knowledge of management field experience in constant interface with Sales, Development, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Fulfillment, as well as other areas of the company were the normal activities of the project. • Administered leadership in highly contentious environments with lower level team members as well as having high IBM/Lenovo Executive visibility.
