• Modified various Executive Control Language (ECL) scripts and Food Stamps, TANF and Medicaid related COBOL programs including Y2K upgrades, fingerprinting, and HB 2292. • Identified, validated and documented requirements (SRS), Test Plans (STP), Charters, Statements of Work (SOW), Risk Plans, Communication Plans, etc. for the TANF, Food Stamps and Medicaid areas; and facilitated meetings. • Ensured agreement on solution by conferring with clients; explaining implications and requirements. • Updated computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. • Developed process documentation and flowcharts using Word and Visio.
