Manages busy real estate office for owner along with his gas station/convenient store. Responsible for scheduling staff for this 24 hr. busy store. Handles all purchase, inventory and sales. Making all deposits and payments, Accounts receivables and payable. Dealing with accountant to submit all quarterly and yearly taxes. Created Access Database for real estate tenants. Receiving rental payments and making sure all complaints are addressed and followup with late rents.
