•Provided internal technical support for Volkswagen/Audi corporate employees •Provided external technical support for Volkswagen of America (VWoA )dealerships •Provided external technical support for VWoA dealerships dealer portal connectivity functions and issues •Security administration functions including resetting/unlocking user accounts, individual access rights for corporate and dealership employees •Assisted VwoA corporate employees with connecting to the network remotely via Cisco VPN client and RSA Token •Utilized remote tools to troubleshoot and correct software issues. document printing issues and network drive mapping via Microsoft NetMeeting •Assisted with configuring new and or replacement vehicle scan tool equipment with proper network configuration settings and certificates. •Troubleshoot vehicle scanner equipment remotely utilizing PC Duo Telediagnosis tool to ensure network connectivity • Troubleshoot software applications issues/request MSOffice2003/XP; AdobeAcrobat Professional, IBM Mainframe, Warranty Saga client •Troubleshoot/configure internet proxy settings for internal/external use Internet usage •Troubleshoot Outlook 2003 mail client user profile issues/requests •Track, troubleshoot and monitor all issues/incidents through to completion via Peregrine Action Request System
