Daily Duties at Iron Mountain:
Representing Colorado and Utah as regional HR administrator/generalist. Accountable for recruiting, orientation and on-boarding employees, HRIS and applicant tracking, benefits, payroll, performance development and disciplinary action, employee relations, management of LOA and FMLA, OSHA recordkeeping and worker’s compensation administration and managing HR records.
