Directed operations of 52 training performance consultants and 9 Senior Sales Representatives located in 22 states with responsibility for attainment of assigned sales goals of $10,500,000 annually. Responsible for sales of Training products, assessments and consulting interventions into Fortune 500 companies utilizing customer needs assessments and client organizational goals to deliver desired measurable outcomes.
