Daily Duties at Ameritas Life Insurance:
Recruited to research and implement a new company-wide initiative to raise sales and customer retention within the existing customer base. Responsibility for developing staff models, job descriptions, budgets, and measurements of performance based on internal staff input, customer feedback and focus groups. Hired and supervised 12 Field Customer Relations Managers in planning, and development of strategies to meet customer rating and experience goals while increasing sales.
