Responsible for the strategic direction of 3 Directors, 14 Program Directors and 586 field-based Local Child Care Coordinators responsible for the recruitment and sales of host families and au pairs. Promoted to a position of greater responsibility within 4 months of hire moving from the Vice President of Account Services to the Vice President of Customer Service.
