• Created and obtained an approved territory plan that exceeded expectations of assigned territory. • Flawlessly executed growth of existing accounts, transition accounts, and new recruitment accounts in addition to the introduction of products/programs to surpass the target revenue goals. • Developed and executed demand creation and customer retention programs for both reseller and vendor. (Lead Generation, MDF funds and spiff program creation and implementation). • Qualify & validate customer needs & develop solution criteria within distribution channel • Development and implementation of innovated marketing and training programs to sustain and motivate channel partners.
