As Project Manager I was responsible for development and execution of implementation plans for implementing MFG/PRO in a 35 plant multinational manufacturing environment. Managed all aspects of the Radley RF Barcode Data Collection systems. Supervised the MFG/Pro aspects of the division Help desk. Managed all MFG/Pro post-implementation support operations for the division. Developed and delivered numerous training courses required to deliver materials to divisional staff and plant personnel. Designed, develop and executed many tests covering all aspects of the implementation, including systems, networks, security, database environments, application operations, training and cutover. Supported several plants directly in their efforts to cutover to the new operating environment.
