Daily Duties at Neustar:

Architected a Quality Management System based on ISO 9000:2000, TL 9000, CMMI, ITIL and CoBit requirements. Facilitated and/or participated in a management steering committee to define and implement a business process vision, priorities and comprehensive cross-functional process improvement project plan. Built Cross-functional processes for Product Development Planning and Specification built on CMMI; human, capital and financial resource management processes addressed Sarbanes-Oxley controls through the CoBit guidelines; IT management processes were structured on the ITIL framework. Structured all quality operating manuals, developed and managed a document control system for process documentation, and designed a document identification and retrieval methodology for process artifacts. Structured and managed the internal quality audit program, and external audits. Provided an audit readiness training across the organization. Achieved ISO Registration ahead of schedule.
