Daily Duties at Lock Stream:
? Establish processes and procedures for SW development. ? Defined technical, personnel, and program expectations for team. ? Defined documentation expectations for product. ? Established status meeting of product team to assess the state of product development and issues. ? Established executive status reports to executive management ? Established goals, objects and defined tasks to accomplish the objectives ? Managing multiple projects to include 3 new product development, 3 current products, multiple customer trails and implementations
