Built a well respected deli and catering company from the ground up where many had failed in the past. Responsible for all daily activities necessary for operating and managing a successful small business with constant care given to customer relations. Catered events from 10-800 people, from formal dinners and weddings to large fundraisers. Strongly involved with all aspects from conception to completion. Designed and created decorated cakes for any kind of occasion, from small birthday to large wedding cakes.
