*Work flow and Job set- up analysis for optimal performance *Perform needs analysis for facility improvements and/ or modifications for multi-site facilities. Provide comparison to other alternatives and submit request for appropriations to corporate. *Operation modeling using Excel and Access *Analyzed and developed distribution plan in multi-site facilities totaling 1.2 mil sq ft. *Annual cost and production plan for multi-site operations *Creating and implement metrics to measure continuous improvements *Creating customer-specific operation solutions for high profile customers Evaluate and analyze the implications of time, cost and quality •Understanding key supplier’s capacity and capabilities evaluate sourcing alternatives and propose recommendations to mitigate business risk.
