? Define and develop quarterly Business Plan with topics such as Vertical Market Analysis, Services Strategies and Revenue Obtainment Strategy ? Schedule consulting resources for engagements based on skills required in pre-sales and post-sales engagement ? Consistently maintain utilized resource time above minimum expectations ? Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews ? Set performance goals in collaboration with consultants ? Identify growth opportunities for consultants and provide assistance in meeting their career goals ? Participate in recruiting process for new hires as well as career progression candidates ? Consult with customers to understand key business drivers and delivery objectives ? Collaborate with other pre-sales teams and business partners to create comprehensive enterprise solutions
