Daily Duties at A.B. Floyd Enterprises:

• Consult with senior management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding and budgeting limitations, develop procedures for accomplishing project goals, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources. • Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing needs, scheduling, risk identification and management, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. • Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. • Assists in the coordination and of recruitment or assignment of project personnel. • Directs and coordinates activities of 43 project personnel, including 7 managers, to ensure project progress is on schedule and within budget. • Assist in establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. • Review team status reports prepared by project personnel and modify tasks schedules and plans as required. • Prepare project status reports, and keep senior management and clients, and others informed of project status and related issues. • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems. • Coordinate and respond to client request for changes from original requirements specifications. • Assist in developing corporate and project processes, as member of the EPG for the corporate level and Chairman for the CCB of the project level.
