Led human resources department for 350 employees including staffing, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, organizational development, strategic planning, performance management, policies & procedures, legal compliance, community relations and occupational health & safety. Also responsible for Human Resources Department start ups of new businesses in Latin America & Puerto Rico.
