Daily Duties at Hubbell/Columbia Lighting:
Superintendent of Production - Columbia Lighting is high volume supplier of commercial lighting systems. Manage a two-shift, 250-person production organization (Union Shop) engaged in the manufacture of high-end lighting system. Process includes Metal fabrication as well as final assembly and shipment of light fixtures. Implementing a Lean Manufacturing Project, integrating Press and Assembly areas.
