Daily Duties at Servidyne Inc.:
? Under the guidance of Account Manager, complete score inventory forms for identification labels on equipment at various sites. ? Provide and assign preventative maintenance tasks so that the work load is leveled ? Provide support to Account Manages when they are training building personnel in the use of the SCORE system ? Provide weekly printed work orders to various sites, estimated total 10,000 wkly ? Enter completed assigned work orders into the central computer daily, total 700 -1000 ? Prepare Monthly, quarterly and annual report to be delivered to the customer ? Account Managers/Assistants provide support and on going oversight of the Computer Maintenance Management Service (CCMS) ? Under the guidance of the VAX Administrator - Upload the Winscore database ? Provide initial database setup, unique standardized PM tasking from the master template library ? Performing tasks, generating and printing work orders and Month end reports ? Maintain, revise, and update all productivity ? Customer Service
