Daily Duties at Catalana Occidente:
Responsible for developing portfolio of international Clients living in Spain. Developed insurance programs for commercial and residential catered to each clients personal and financial needs. Supervised a staff of five sales support associates and Customer service staff. Developed long term business relationships with Clients that resulted in annual renewal of contracts and referrals. Placement of forced placed policies as requested by Banking clients for mortgage holders. Daily quality control to ensure that insurance carrier was meeting Banking guidelines and regulations. Coordination of insurance claims to completion.
