Responsibilities included but not limited to:day to day operations marketing, leasing, vacancy control, monitoring collections and expenses, directing maintenance personnel, etc. Greeting new applicants, applicant screening, pre-move-in interviews, processing re-certifications, performing move-in/move-out inspections, housekeeping inspections, received and handled resident complaints, issued violation infractions to residents, collections, hiring and terminating of employees, etc.
