Daily Duties at Adp:

As a inbound call center customer service representative, receive calls from clients with inquiries regarding, ADP payroll and related product information as well as resolve issues for customers. Servicing 40 to 50 clients per day, addressing their account enquiries. Working effectively in a team-based call center environment. Working effectively to quality and activity metrics. Worked with programs such as Rumba, AS400, internet programs, as well as microsoft word, excel, and windows, 98/xp.
