Daily Duties at Rewards Network:

Duties include working directly with my department Vice President and Director in all aspects of contract management, processing and funding. Took a lead role in the training and orientation of new hires to insure compliance with all department procedures and protocols. Provided back-up support of various departmental duties. Frequently assigned special projects to respond to requests from Corporate Headquarters. As a support function for our Sales force, strong communication skills were required with Sales Management and Sales Representatives to help expedite the contract process. Additional responsibilities included, contract audits, corporate guideline compliance, legal reinstatements, and tracking of merchant processor activity.
