Daily Duties at People's United Bank:
Approached by Director of Security to manage a start-up department for centralizing Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigations. Identified and implemented systems, policy and procedures that prevented fraud, reduced losses and increased collections/restitution. The bank went through a restructuring and my department was merged in with our Compliance Department eliminating this management position.
