Daily Duties at Express Point Technology Services:

Customer Service Manager Managed a team of 15 employees, researched customer issues, worked the call center, metrics on all customer issues, schedules, vacations, reviews, making sure that all lines were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. Executive Administrative Assistant 11/1998 – 9/2001 - Worked directly with the Vice President, supporting the General Manager, CFO, 7 Department Managers, 15 Supervisors and over 300 employees. Controlled all Managers and Supervisors outlook calendars with meetings, appointments, and travel. Created, maintained and distributed metrics for all of corporate, including headcount with ratio, tracking of units and why they were late on shipments. Key contact to security, making of the security badges, updating the current employees list of new hires, terminations and promotions. Ordering of supplies, mail, main phone contact, pagers, and any projects that a manager gives me. Organized, balanced and maintained the 7 conference rooms with three different companies.
