Daily Duties at Columbia Title/Skok & Monasmith:
Customer Service, phone calls, customer issues, mail, filing. Receipt and deposit of earnest money, open and close of files. Make copies for borrower/seller and lender packet, customer service issues and research problem files to close. Prepare Real Estate Excise Tax forms, type up and send out open and closing letters to customers, lenders, agents, and brokers. Work directly with Lenders, Brokers and Real Estate Agents on each transaction. Prepare Letters for the attorney and take to the court house to file and conform.
