Daily Duties at Land America Transnation/Chicago Title:

Review PSA, clear title, order payoffs, cut checks and disburse file when transaction has funded. Draw refi docs, set appt for customers, sign customers doc’s and notarize legal docs for lender. Make copies for borrower/seller and lender packet and mail out, phone calls, customer service issues and research problem files to close. Prepare Real Estate Excise Tax forms, type up and send out open and closing letters to customers, lenders, agents, and brokers. Work directly with Lenders, Brokers and Real Estate Agents on each transaction.
